If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price only on unopened items once returned, plus a 25% restocking fee. Please send us an email at info@melanatedorganics.com that your item was lost/stolen as we will need to document this issue. If the package is shipped out correctly by Melanated Organics and it gets lost or stolen, we as the shipper are not responsible. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office online at https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. The claim can take up to 2 weeks.[/su_spoiler][/su_accordion]
